By accessing the Website or completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

 

All artworks and limited-edition giclée prints offered through the Website are original works created by Giovanni Vitale and are offered subject to availability. Due to the unique, handcrafted, and limited nature of the artworks, availability may change without notice. The Website reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, cancel, or limit any order.

 

All prices displayed on the Website are subject to change without notice. Full payment must be received prior to the fulfillment of any order. Orders are processed and fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis.

 

All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued under any circumstances, except where required by applicable law. By completing a purchase, you expressly acknowledge and accept this no-refund policy.

 

Shipping is provided free of charge unless otherwise stated. Fulfillment and shipment of orders are conducted on a first-come, first-served basis. While reasonable efforts are made to prepare and ship orders as promptly as possible, no specific processing, shipping, or delivery timeframes are guaranteed. Delays may occur due to production requirements, packaging, carrier limitations, customs procedures, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the purchaser upon delivery of the artwork to the shipping carrier.

 

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The Website makes no representations or guarantees regarding customs clearance times or procedures for international orders.

 

Performance under these Terms may be delayed, suspended, or rendered impracticable without liability due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, war, terrorism, civil unrest, pandemics, public health emergencies, governmental actions or restrictions, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, supply chain failures, power outages, or failures of communication networks. Such events shall not constitute a breach of these Terms.

 

All content displayed on the Website, including but not limited to artwork, images, text, logos, designs, and other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of Giovanni Vitale and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, displayed, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GV: The Art of Bodybuilding disclaims all liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use of the Website or the purchase of artwork, including but not limited to delays in fulfillment or delivery.

 

By using the Website, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless GV: The Art of Bodybuilding from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses arising out of your use of the Website or any violation of these Terms.
